Massachusetts Fall Community 5K

The Massachusetts Fall Community 5K is a flexible running and walking challenge celebrating communities across Massachusetts. Participants can complete their 3.1-mile distance in their own neighborhood, at a local park, on a walking trail, or on a treadmill.

The event welcomes people from Boston, Waltham, Watertown, Newton, Worcester, and surrounding communities throughout the Commonwealth.

There is no mandatory starting location, organized in-person gathering, or official timed course. Participants choose where and when to complete the 5K within the event's participation guidelines, then report their participation according to the instructions on the original race listing.

Boston Common is suggested as an optional public starting location, not an official race venue. Participants may also use local parks, neighborhoods, trails, or treadmills. The flexibility of the virtual format lets runners and walkers take part from anywhere in Massachusetts.

The event connects communities across the Commonwealth, from the Boston metro area to Waltham, Watertown, Newton, Worcester, and beyond. It is designed to encourage movement and local participation wherever participants are located.

Registration details, participation guidelines, and any applicable fees are available on the original race listing. Visit the RunSignup page for the most current information, and check the ItsYourRace listing for additional event details.
